Applications for the Cape Coral Mayor’s Scholarship Now Open

Cape Coral Mayor’s Scholarship Foundation offers recurring two-year and four-year scholarships to students pursuing technical, vocational, and traditional four-year programs.

The application process will be overseen by The Collaboratory from November 1, 2023, to January 12, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. These are set dates that cannot be altered or postponed.

All Cape Coral residents who are currently enrolled in any secondary school or homeschool are eligible to apply for the Cape Coral Mayor’s Scholarship. Scholarships are awarded based on an applicant’s overall performance in responding to the application questions as well as their financial need and GPA. Other factors taken into account are service experience, community involvement, and leadership traits.

The Collaboratory has partnered with the Cape Coral Mayor’s Scholarship Fund to manage the application and preliminary screening procedure. Volunteers at The Collaboratory with a wealth of application evaluation experience assist us in identifying candidates who satisfy the requirements for eligibility. The CCMSF team makes the final selection of the finalists when the preliminary screening is over. In addition, the Mayor Joe Coviello Memorial Scholarship recipient is chosen by the Coviello Family.

Early in April, The Cape Coral Mayor’s Scholarship Fund and Collaboratory will announce the final beneficiaries. Give us your postal and email addresses as of right now.

Press, social media, and the website will all proclaim the winners. You and your parents will be our distinguished guests at an annual celebration event, where we will give you an Award Certificate. Elected officials, sponsors, and community leaders attend this celebration gathering.
