Study in France without IELTS: All You Need To Know

For many international students, studying in France is the ideal. France is a major study abroad destination not only in the EU but also globally due to its top-ranked universities. Many students struggle with language proficiency tests and lose motivation while considering taking the IELTS or TOEFL.

What if we told you that IELTS is not required to study in France? In many private and public universities in France, it is absolutely doable and not at all difficult. The full guide to studying in France without an IELTS is provided below:

Step 1: Application Process to Study in France without IELTS

Do some research and make a short list of the French universities and courses you want to apply to. On the university website, you can look for French university rankings and eligibility requirements.

Browse all the relevant Universities and select the one that will benefit you academically and professionally. For the French university or institutions you have chosen, you must submit an online application. Once you receive a letter of confirmation, your choice is official.

It is desired by the Universities that the previous education you have, i.e. Bachelor’s Degree if applying for Masters in France, was taught in English.
