The Center for Quality Communities (CQC) of the Association of Washington Cities awards scholarships to high school seniors who are active in leadership in their city government, community, or school who want to pursue post-secondary education.
Applications must be filed by noon on Wednesday, December 27 to be considered for the University of Washington Presidential Scholarship for students planning to attend UW. Completed applications should be submitted to LPetorak@CityofUP.com or mailed to the following address:

The City will analyze all local applications and select a nominee to be considered by the Center for Quality Communities. AWC will notify scholarship awardees in April 2024.
