Applications are being accepted by the Unity Foundation of La Porte County for the 2024 scholarship cycle.
Submissions must be made by Friday, March 15, 2024. 172 local students received $310,000 from Unity’s scholarship program for the 2023–2024 academic year.
“We know that getting certificates and degrees past high school means a happier and healthier life.
Thanks to our forward-thinking and caring donors, students can get help, year after year,” said Maggi Spartz, Unity Foundation President.
Students can apply for numerous scholarships using a single application form thanks to the Unity Foundation General Scholarship Application, which streamlines the application process. Unity’s scholarship application, eligibility restrictions, and further details are available at uflc.net/scholarships. Early initiation of the application procedure is advised.
“Unity Foundation is honored to help students and prospective students of all ages and abilities who
seek to further their education. Beyond the scholarships we administer, our website is also a resource hub for funding available to help La Porte County students. It is updated throughout the year as we learn of these opportunities,” said Shannon Walker, Unity Foundation Vice President.
The several scholarships offered by Unity Foundation are open to graduating high school seniors, continuing education students, and non-traditional students pursuing a professional certificate, associate’s degree, undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or doctorate.
